Professional Toastmasters carry out many duties during your wedding day,
some of them you’ll see and some of them you won’t even notice happening, but all of them together will undoubtedly help to ensure your day flows as you have planned and dreamt it.

Our Award Winning Professional Toastmasters act as your Master of Ceremonies, aiming to co-ordinate all aspects of your special day to ensure it unfolds just as you imagined it to.

Adding a distinctive touch of heritage and colour with the historic uniform of white tie and red tailcoat, their presence means you can relax, secure in the knowledge that you have a master of ceremonies taking care of the important details and ensuring your guests enjoyment and experience of the event fully justifies the attention, time and money you have invested.

On your big day, the Toastmaster will usually arrive at the venue
approximately an hour before your guests to check that everything is ready. As it is your special day, you will be busy, so the overall role of a Toastmaster is to act as your Host, doing whatever is required to ensure your day flows. Meeting and greeting guests on arrival, point them in the right direction of where to get a drink, where the toilets are, take gifts and cards, creating a relaxing atmosphere for everyone.

Ultimately, a Professional Toastmaster is the ‘go to’ person, intimately acquainted with all the arrangements, able to answer the guests’ queries and enhances your wedding day by bringing a little formal informality to the celebration.
